In September we celebrated Nathan's 35th birthday! Wow, we are getting old. We had such a fun night on his birthday. I found a game called Casino Yahtzee that's out of print now. We played it as a family and had so much fun!
We also had the opportunity to have a mini stay-cation while the boys stayed with Grandma and Grandpa for a night. It was their Christmas present to us last year. When we were getting ready to go William commented how it was such a great idea because we all get to do something fun. Then he said "I think we have the better end of the deal though." It was so cute! All 3 boys had a blast playing with Grandma and Grandpa and Nathan and I loved our date night!
It never ceases to amaze me how much Carter picks up on. I told him I had to pack William's lunch one night. He went to the pantry, found William's lunch box, and started filling it with William's water bottle, several fruit snacks and a granola bar. So sweet! He always wants to help and to take care of others.
