They continue to be the best of friends! It's really cute. They get along really well together.
*Their conversations are hilarious!! They are almost constantly discussing what our 3 boys should dress up as for Halloween. It's really hard to comprehend how far away Halloween is. They really want to be superheros again and it's fun to discuss who should be which one.
*They still have separate rooms, but we told them that they get to share the same room when baby Carter comes. They are super excited for this. They ask often to sleep together. It has gone pretty well when we let them. Henry will still sleep a little later than William sometimes, so for now they are in separate rooms. I hope that transition goes well. I was thinking it would be fine, but the other day Henry was in William's room being a little wild and William said "Hey. Why don't you go into your room and do that?"
*They are so cute and sweet when they talk about having a new baby brother this summer. William rubs my belly and has felt the baby kick a few times. William just adores babies. He already says that he has 2 brothers. Henry picks out toys and socks at the store that he thinks we should buy for baby Carter. Sometimes when Henry gets mad though, he says something about how he's not going to share with Carter. He still has some mixed feelings I think.
*In family home evening last week we were talking about how our family is sealed and we will be together forever. We asked William what it means to be sealed and he said "it means together forever." Henry started yelling "R! R! R!" We were so confused at what he was doing. We asked him why he was making that noise and he said "I a seal!" HAHA! It was funny. He was listening, just apparently not grasping the concept we were teaching.

A few more of their conversations:
W: When you drink drinks do they come out of your belly button?
H: Mine's not coming out. Mine's staying in.
W: Oh good.
Playing doctor. Henry gets a blanket, lays down on the floor, and asks me to go get Wee-o, the doctor, because he's very sick.
H: I'm very sick. This is my sick bed.
W: Ok. Let me see what's wrong with you.
H: My mouth hurts.
W: (looks in his mouth.) It looks like your teeth are not attached to each other.
H: Ohhhhhh. My leg (pronounced "yeg") hurts, too.
W: Hmm. It looks like your hurt leg is causing your mouth to hurt and your teeth not to touch.
H: Ok.
William
*Next week William and I will finish reading lesson #100!! Yay!! I feel like it's a huge accomplishment for both of us. We started this reading program in January and although it's been a tough road, it's definitely been worth it. He is reading pretty well and I'm very proud of him!
*He's really into backpacks right now. He (and Henry follows) stuffs every toy he can into his backpack and walks around with it. Sometimes it's so heavy he can hardly make it up the stairs with it. He usually just carries it around, but sometimes he and Henry play school with their backpacks.
Somehow William got his foot caught in the basketball net and I thought he could get it out by himself. He tried and couldn't and ended up dragging himself and the hoop over to me. Haha!
Henry
*Henry is still in love with construction equipment. He gets really excited whenever we see some kind of machinery on the side of the road.
*He really loves socks and getting his clothes on in the morning. Some days he will go through 4 to 5 different pairs of socks. He has a lot of superhero socks that he loves to put on. When he wakes up in the morning the very first thing he wants to do is get dressed. Sometimes he will get up at night and set out the clothes he wants to wear for the next day. His favorite is probably his BYU shirt.
I am constantly amazed at what William and Henry pick up on and remember. Primary is having the children learn the Articles of Faith. A few weeks ago I thought it would be cool to see how well our boys could do with memorizing them. William has learned and passed off the first 3! It's so impressive to watch him pass them off. I don't prep him or review them with him at all right before he passes them off. He just stands in front of a member of the primary presidency and recites it perfectly. He's learned about one article a week. The nursery age children aren't on the chart, but I really wanted to see if Henry could learn them too. The children get a High Chew candy when they pass one off and those are Henry's favorite candy. He learned the first one and passed it off like a champ last week! I was so proud of him! It was the same impressive way that William does it. I was going to review it with him before we went in, but I forgot and he just said the whole thing perfectly when they asked him.
