Butterflies!

This summer one of our fun projects was to watch caterpillars grow and turn into butterflies. The boys really loved it, especially William. The caterpillars were so small when they came. It was so weird, but cool to see the whole process close up. We read the book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" a few times and looked at tons of pictures online. It was a cool learning experience for all of us.

What a fun and creative thing to do with your boys! I bet that was super cool to watch! Your boys are so cute and that is probably one of the fattest cats I have EVER seen! haha At least it looks like it in the picture :)

Jenni's comment about Diaw made me laugh so hard! Poor kitty! We keep waiting for her to have all of those kitties she's been pregnant with for 5 years. haha. What a fun little project. It reminds me of Mrs. Nastasi's class. I love little Henry's face in that picture with William. He looks almost devious. Haha.
