William went to the doctor today for his 18 month well check up. We have one of the best pediatricians ever and he is so happy with how far William has come. He is growing and developing very well. Here are his 18 month stats:Weight: 23 lb. 1 oz. 18.5%
Height: 31.75 inches 46%
Head: 18.5 inches 32%
During the visit the doctor talked with me about which developmental milestones he has reached and which ones he should be reaching in the next 6 months. One of the topics he mentioned was speech. He said at this point William should have between 10 and 20 words that he says. I was a little surprised. Only 10 to 20? He has closer to 70-100 words in his vocabulary. I knew he was advanced in talking, but I did not know that he talks more like a 2 to 2 1/2 year old. He is now starting to talk to people on the phone. It's so fun to watch him grow!
